Also, not every bead or gemstone is the exact same shape displayed within our pictures. For instance, rings and other pieces that remain in inventory may have variation within color and gemstone size/quality. Each bead and gemstone is unique in its own! As for "One of a Kind" pieces, they come as is.

If irritation or discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately. Our jewelry may contain metals or materials that some individuals are sensitive to. If you have known allergies, please check product details before purchasing. It is the consumer's responsibility to know their sensitives and to reach out if there are any questions relating to materials and if requesting an alternative. Shipping prices are calculated based on where your order will be shipped out to.
Shipping options include First-Class Package International, Priority Mail International, and Priority Mail Express International for those who live outside of the USA. For those who live within the USA, shipping options are Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express. Local delivery is also an option for those who live within a 10 mi radius of St. Louis City, free of charge.

Cancellations of orders can occur if the product has not been made and/or not shipped out yet for delivery. If there was an error made within the order as in the wrong jewelry, size, gemstones, wrong address, etc. email us as soon as possible with your order number and the error that had occurred upon order placement at taiyeione@gmail.com. If the order was shipped out before we were made aware of the error, unfortunately we can not make a new order free of course. A possible refund could be made, depending on each individual scenario.
If you are not happy with your order for any reason, returns are available up to 14 days after your order has been delivered to its destination. Custom made pieces cannot be returned as they are specially made for whom placed the custom order. To return an item you must have the product in its unused/unworn condition, tags still in place, original packaging, and proof of purchase. If you would like to make a return, email taiyeione@gmail.com. If you are approved for a return, a return shipping label will be sent to you.
​​If there are any errors in the delivery of your order, please reach out to us at taiyeione@gmail.com. We will not have knowledge of a delivery issue, therefore if your delivery has not reached you at the expected time, has not shipped out yet, or says delivered but nowhere in sight, please reach out. We are not obligated to contact you first about your order. Nor are we obligated to refund your order, if it is lost or stolen. Once we ship out your order, out of our hands, we are not responsible for the physical delivery of your order to its rightful address.​
You just ordered some of our jewelry and you need to know how to care for it! We offer gold-plated, copper, sterling silver, and 12/14kt gold-filled metals.
​Our gold plated options require the most care as the base metal for our gold plated materials is not gold. With our gold plated jewelry, remember to remove when dealing with the elements such as water or dirt. Do not wear them in the shower or when cleaning as these conditions can tarnish gold plated products.
​​​Our copper, sterling silver, and gold-filled can tarnish with constant wear as can any pure metal. No worries this is natural and all three of these metals can be cleaned with a polishing cloth designated for each type of metal, to bring it back to life and back to its original shine. Our copper and sterling silver are pure and solid. In contrast, our gold-filled pieces function and appearance identical to solid/gold, but at a more affordable price. All three of these metals can be worn within water or in the various elements. To prevent tarnishing from happening quickly and less occasions for polishing, limit use in water, sweat, house hold cleaning supplies, and dirt.
